難しい問題があります。現地へ自衛隊員が完全武装し救護に行く そこで戦闘出来なければ救出出来ないとなる「状況」に対して日本の法律は交戦権を認めていないので臨時特殊法を内閣は裁決しなければならない と言うのは素人でも何となくわかる、だから！法律を作った方がいいと思う。
