Good news everyone, Random Dungeon Finder is coming in with Phase 4.
Its so sad that they dont offer to buy flare of the heavens from vendors. I'm behind that trinket since forever but just dont get it on any of my chars. For my fire mage its even better than reign with 4pc T10. Sad times, probably never gonna see that trinket.
