I got hooked on “The Promised Neverland” in the first season of the anime, and read the 20th volume of the original (completed) all at once. The second season of the anime also used a lot of wonderful music. When I saw the 1st Jailbreak arc, I was surprised at how similar the setting was to the children’s literature I read as a child, Clavert. そういえば、１期の【脱獄編】。設定が子どもの頃に読んだ『クラバート』(プロイスラー作）という児童文学に酷似していてびっくりした記憶があります。
エマ→クラバート、イザベラママ→親方、鬼達→大親方、ノーマン→トンダ、レイ→ユーロー
に置き換えると、本当にそのままそっくりで、、、。どなたか、同意見の方、いらっしゃいませんかね～？
