Finally another Animenz arrangement! Animenz’s “Kaibutsu” is another one of those arrangements where the notes are easy to learn (compared to other Animenz arrangements anyway), but mastering is a whole different level. Honestly, I’m not too much a fan of the original song, but I’m a huge fan of this arrangement (it lands in my list of top 10 favorite Animenz arrangements) because you can really go all out, especially in the chorus and it is super satisfying and rewarding to play. The left hand rhythm is super addicting in the verses as well. The added introduction is also a nice touch, but I couldn’t relate to it because I didn’t watch the BEASTARS anime (since Animenz mentioned it was derived from the anime). hand jump at 3:53. The chorus also deserves a special mention, since it is formed of octaves and serves as an endurance test for my right pinky. Lastly, the section at 1:59 was also surprising harder than I thought, because of the 10th interval between a chord. All in all, this is a very good arrangement to train your muscle memory. I don’t have anything much to say honestly; course). I’d also recommend this as a good starting arrangement if you want to get into more Animenz stuff. This was the most rewarding piano piece I have ever played as well XD Thank you guys, see you in the next video! special thanks to Coda H from NerdPiano’s server (go join XD: https://discord.gg/NbYxFFqPMP) for making the amazing thumbnail! ————————————————– ———- Animenz’s original video: https://youtu.be/wD3MlqaLDZM Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pzm_animepiano Twitter: https://twitter.com/PZM84869452 Original Song: Kaibutsu / Monster / Monster Original Artist: YOASOBI Anime: BEASTARS Season 2

  1. This is soo good! You can really see the difference between barely studying a piece to get to the end and mastering one, and this is definitely an example of mastering!

  2. Well done PZM! It's nice to see you've finally mastered it and you made it into such a big bop as well 😀 (~like the stone ball scene in Demon Slayer~) awesome playing! ~how does one attain this power~

The playing was not only very clean, but it felt very true to the original arrangement. It felt so exciting (waku waku) and energetic which is definitely the style to go for, and it was executed impeccably. Big well done 😀

  3. Ah yes, THE NOSTALGIA hits me in the face like hell, completely forgot about this anime, it's lit! Thanks for this arrangement!

  4. amazing! your notes are so smooth and they fit so well together, it would be impossible for me to play something like this so accurately! I can feel the emotion literately flooding from every single note and chord! amazing as always
