[ Synopsis ]
On the surface, the thought of Kyouko Hori and Izumi Miyamura getting along would be the last thing in people’s minds. After all, Hori has a perfect combination of beauty and brains, while Miyamura appears meek and distant to his fellow classmates. However, a fateful meeting between the two lays both of their hidden selves bare. Even though she is popular at school, Hori has little time to socialize with her friends due to housework. I really felt bad for Ishikawa, first he lost the girl he likes to Miyamura then gets the shit beaten out of him by the same guy, then he has to see the girl he likes with his friend being happy and lovey dovey all the time, Guy is really struggling here, but never had any resentments towards both of them. A real man.

I started the manga first and I didn’t look up what any of the characters looked like in the anime cuz I knew what miyamura and hori looked like in the anime so that’s really all I cared about but when I went to watch the anime I was so surprised to see that Ishikawa has purple hair and a lot of the other characters have unnatural hair colors I thought everyone’s hair in the anime would be like natural colors because of what miyamura and hori look like-
i thought they wouldnt be friends anymore after that beating but they got along again <3
