Btw. I think that the footbridge you can see from 0:02 to 0:14 is a reference to one of the said to be favorite spots of the reallife Dazai Osamu. It looks exactly the same and under the real thing is a railway track too. When the real Dazai Osamu was alive, you probably had a really nice view from there because there were fewer tracks and buildings in the way.
