2026年のバレットジャーナルのセットアップ✨

Hello friends, this is EA. Welcome and welcome back to my channel. So today we are going to set up my bullet journal for 2026. I’m very excited to start a new bullet journal for the new year. Starting a new notebook gives a fresh start, I believe. So, I have chosen a new notebook from Archer and Olive, which was kindly gifted by the Archan Olive team a while ago. I don’t think this is currently available in their shop, but they have a plenty of notebooks out there. I’m not affilated with Arch and Olive or this is sponsored in any means, but I really wanted to try out their notebook since I’ve been watching their notebooks all over in the bullet journaling commentary since 2018. It’s a pretty classic A5 size notebook with a white60 gsm paper and it has a pen loop, a very cute Russian olive logo charm hanging with the bookmark. So, let’s begin the setup by writing my name in the first page of this notebook. And I think adding my name in the cover page is going to make it very personalized. So, I’m going to use a sticker sheet which I got from the FSY notebook. And it has a very pretty gold metallic stickers which is the alphabet stickers as you can see. And I’m just sticking out four letters of my name which is I FF A. That’s ifa. And I’m using this washi tape underneath so that I don’t mess up with the alignment or the line while sticking out these stickers. So yeah. And now I’m going to decorate the first page where I wrote my name with this horror stickers and some doodles here and there. I really wanted to make my yearly setups being very minimal so that I don’t overwhelmed with the colors saying for a whole year. So I’m going to use one or two colors for this whole setup and two black fine liners and Tomodul brush pen in black. The theme that I’m going for this whole setup is going to be inspired from gravity fonts. So, it’s going to be a little doodly and it’s going to be fun as well. So, let’s start decorating our cover page where I’m going to write 2026. As you can see, I have started with the Tombbo dual heart tip brush pen which has a pretty stiff nib which gives you a very good pressure control to create your lines look more artistic. As you can see, I have sketched out the whole setup before and I had gone live on my Patreon page while doing the sketches for a bit. So, it was really fun and fun experience for me. And here, as you can see, I am using the Sakura Pigma Micron in 005 size, which is a very thin nib. And I’m using this for the details to draw a butterfly and some little details like this rope which are tying two toes together and some sparkles here and there. And also I have included a quote of my own where I wrote don’t be an unwanted chapter because I think 2024 wasn’t a great year for me and I think 2025 was just went by like a few seconds and I only remember the memories that I have created while traveling and meeting new people in my life. So I think that’s it and I really don’t want to 2026 be like that. That’s why I have added this little code that I want to remember myself. Besides my cover page, I am making my own keys page for my bullet journal. If you’re new in bullet journaling setups, you should watch the videos from Ryder Curl who invented the bullet journaling system. And I think that’s going to be a good opportunity for you to learn the actual bullet journal system than the creative ones. And if you want to make your bullet journal cutsy, you can watch my video as well. Keys are basically the notations or symbols or icons that you use in your bullet journal while planning. These notations are very useful to make your planning consistent and easier. As you can see here, I use a very simple circle to denote a task. Then if it’s done or finished, I just mark it diagonally. Then if it’s cancelled, I use a cross sign. If I migrate it in the future, I use a forward arrow. If it’s already scheduled in the past, I use a backward arrow. I use a square for events. And if that event is already done, I color them in. And also I use an exclamatory sign for important tasks or events. A gift box for birthdays. And this year I have included two more. One is this plane for flights and another one is a road icon to denote my trips. So yeah, this is going to be a very personalized if you want to make your own. The next page is my future log. And I don’t use future logs much. It’s basically for the events or birthday dates. So, I don’t need too much spaces here to write all these events. But if you have a really long-term plannings for your future, such as you’re a student and you’re planning for a whole semester, you can go for longer future logs or you can organize your future log according to your semester. I have a video for students. So if you want to watch that you can watch this card or it will be linked in the description. So here as you can see I have spaced out six months in one page. So there is 12 spaces for 12 months. I have only written the header in the top and that’s it for this whole feature log. But it’s looking really empty. So I have used this gray brush pen to line out every other grid so that I don’t mess up. And that’s the whole future log. I think this is going to be a very easy future log for you if you don’t use future log that much like me. Anyways, the next spread that I’m making here is my goals and accomplishment spread. So basically goal spread are the spreads where I write the goals that I want to achieve in the beginning of the year or in some middle uh time of the year. But the achievement is basically the space where I write the achievements that is after achieving the goals or something new. So, this is a very simple spread where I just decorated it with the haters and some lines and some rope doodles so that it looks more cute. And I’ve used this color which is the accent colors of my whole setup is mist purple and chrome orange to color them in. And the next spread that I’m making here is what I accomplished in 2026 versus 2025. Basically, this spread is a very fun spread and sometimes it’s depressing too. But here I have spaced out four columns where I am writing relationships, wellbeing, career, and health. Here I really wanted to write my own thoughts about my health, career, my mental health, and also about the relationships with my friends and family. I’m going to fill up this left column in the end of 2025. That means the beginning of 2026. And I’m going to finish the whole thing up after I finish this whole year. So yeah. And here, as you can see, I’m rewriting these headers with a broader nib so that I can see it better. From here I have started using this fine liner which is the Sakura Pigma Micron in size 05. But later I thought that it’s going to be a very broad nib to write anything. So I have chosen this uni pin fine liner in size 02 which is a bit bolder nib from 005 nib. So yeah, this spread that I am making is my monthly realization page. Back in 2020, I believe I have started this page and I really really enjoyed it that time. And here I write my thoughts after finishing the whole month in two to three lines. And I really like to review my months like this in my bullet journal. It can be related to my health, my carrier, or anything that’s bothering me or anything that could happen. So, that’s the thing. It was really easier and fun to use this font as a header. I really didn’t have to think the sizes of these letters or if the lines are looking good or not. I’m finishing out this spread with some little butterfly doodles here and there and also some sparkles so that it doesn’t look much empty. After filling up the whole spread after a year, it’s not going to be this much empty to be honest. You can find out that in my next video of bullet journaling where I will show you all the spreads from 2025. The next spread that I’m making here is my budget tracker. I have made this budget tracker inspired from Luang Studio and Cherry Street Treats I believe. And this is one of my favorite budget tracker I mean Gary budget tracker spread where I can calculate the budgets or the expenses or income in total of a whole year. So yeah, and I think I haven’t used any budget trackers monthly because I had a planner to track them out. But from this year, I’m thinking about to include budget tracker in my monthly setups as well because I think budget need to be calculated if you’re an adult. So here I am using my Tumbodle brush pen to create the budget title. I don’t want to make this um header more lengy to budget tracker, but I just used budget. I’ve used my handy paper cutter to cut out the sides of sides and the top of this page to make a Dutch door so that I can fit out 12 months in one spread. I used my gum ruler to stick out the left page which is attached to the spine and I use that to write or to finish the header. At the left most column I have included the income section and the expense section. My income is a very small sources. So I don’t need much spaces for that. But my expenses can be different. So I need more spaces here. And in between the Dutch door I have spaced out 12 months. The first page has January to June and the second page has July to December. And in the last column I have spaced out for savings. It’s not like I am going to write all the savings here. But I think sometimes I will like to write savings somewhere. So here as you can see I have included all the expenses that is going to be happening in every month. So I have wrote them in prior basis like Shopify where I run my shop. Then Shopify taxes that Shopify normally charge and also the costing of materials, transportation, strips or shopping. So yeah and here in the last row I am spacing out total to calculate all the months together and later it will help me to calculate the actual savings that I have after the whole year. Suppose you have a whole monthly budget tracker where you track individual transportation cost or trip cost somewhere and then you calculate them in a total and write it here. That will be make sense otherwise you have to calculate all the trips together and then you can write it here. I hope that makes sense because I have been using this for a year and I thought that I should have monthly budget tracker list where I write everything and I don’t need to calculate every month at once in one sitting or something. So that will track out your whole transactions like bank transactions or the cash as well. So yeah, the next spread that I’m going to make is another Dutch door where I am going to write all the shop work that I do normally and also the content planner. If you’re not a content creator or a small business owner, you don’t need to hesitate to use this layouts because you can use it for your project planner. When I was a student, I really wanted to have something like this and I didn’t thought this kind of project planner back then. It might be helpful for me to use this kind of spreads for my thesis work or any project that takes longer period of time. So yeah, for both of these spreads, I need some mini calendars to track out the dates and the weeks. So, I’m using the stickers that I made for my shop. You can find them in my shop tractorbustudio.com. If you don’t want to use any stickers, you can write the dates if you want. But I am very lazy and I don’t write these smaller things in my bullet journal because I think that took a lot of time and since I am using these these calendars multiple times, I need something that makes my life more easier. So yeah, that’s why I’m using these stickers here. My shop work is pretty much complex since I designed them all by my hand. Then I make them by my hand like most of them are handmade and I need to capture some pictures of those products and then put them on my shop. So here I have spaced out the rightest column as a month so that I can which day I want to put my shop update or which day I need to finish all the shop works before the shop update. And after that I am going to write the theme name or the stickers or any product name and then I have written all the task list that I have to go through for the whole shop work or shop update. So yeah and for the decoration I didn’t do much. I have filled up the side spaces of this header like the shop work header with a very simple doodle that is a rope is flowing and also some butterflies here and there. So that’s it. That’s it for this whole spread. And the next spread is my content planner. I’m going to write the content as the title. I don’t need to write content planner since I know what this spread is for. First right page of this Dutch drawer is going to be for the idea dump. So I am not going to fill up this with any kind of doodles. The rest of these three pages from this Dutch door Dutch door is going to be used for the actual content planning. I have spaced out four equal spaces for four months in one page so that I can space out 12 months within three pages. And here I am sticking out all the mini calendars in the right top corner so that I can use the whole space as much as I can. Normally I use this space for my YouTube contents not any other social medias like Instagram or Tik Tok because for the reals I came up with instant ideas and for the YouTubes I need planning since I focus on the longer term of videos. So yeah and I think from this year like from now on I will try my best to be more active here. So that’s it for the content planner as well. And the next spread that I’m making here is my mail incoming tracker where I will track all the incoming mails that I’m going to get in the hole here. So here in the first column I have written from which is basically where the package is going to come from. Then the contact as in any number or the emails from them. Then I have spaced out four columns where I have denoted like cross which is basically uh if the order is cancelled before it’s shipped and then shipping as in a ship icon then I have draw out a envelope which is vanished it’s because if the parcel is missing and then I have used this mail incoming so that means that the parcel is delivered to me Besides my mail incoming tracker, I am making my patronons tracker which is one of my favorite tracker where I write all the names of my patronons, my lovely patrons who have been supporting me for a whole year and currently I have five tiers there. Three of them are digital heavy tier and two of them are physical. So, if you’re interested to be my Patreon, you can check out my Patreon page because that’s a very fun place to hang out with me. And the next spread that I am going to make is the themes and color spread. Basically, this is for my bullet journal. And I really wanted to have a space where I can dump all the themes, ideas, and the colors that I want to use cuz sometimes I really want to swatch out them in the back of my bullet journal, but I really don’t feel that because sometimes I use those pages for some swatches or something. So, I really wanted to somewhere I can swatch with the theme ideas. So, yeah. And the last spread that I’m going to make for this year setup is going to be my daily routine. So basically the daily routine space is going to be a space where I want to schedule my whole day in one page like the daily chores that I want to do. Suppose I woke up in the morning at 9:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. what I want to do at that period. I will write them out and it can be changed. So I have spaced out like three um grid spaces so that I have three lines here to write anything that I want. Also I have spaced out two circles for the whole 24 hours a day so that I can color code them and make it more visual to track out my whole daily routine. So yeah, that’s the whole idea. I haven’t finished the daily routine idea because I want to set up or fill out this space just before I use this bullet journal. So before I finish out this whole yearly setup, I wanted to share my grid spacing ruler with you. I have made my grid spacing ruler in back back in 2024 and it was for the notebook therapy notebook which was A5 size. But for this notebook, I don’t need to create another one since it’s the similar size of notebook and the grid spacing are the exact same. So I need I don’t need to create another one. But I really wanted to share the spacings and how it works for me. So here what you can do if you’re using a new notebook that is cut out one um page from the side. I have trimmed them out a little bit so that I can fit them out in my notebook. So yeah, but here as you can see if I align them together that the grid spacing cheat sheet is exactly the same. So if I hold it horizontally there is like 1 to 26 grids. Then I mark the half which is the end of 13th grid. Then I have marked third with one grid spacing. And I’ve marked four grid spacings. Third that means cutting out the whole page in third and also as a fourth quarter. In the vertical space I have spaced out 1 to 38 for the grids and it’s the similar as this notebook. As you can see, I have spaced out half with or without one grid space also for the third and quarter spacings. I also included the spaces for five grids and six grids which are my ideal spacings for monthly calendars. So yeah, I’ve explained them in my past videos. So if you’re interested, I will link them down below. And right now I’m sticking this grid spacing cheat sheet in the first page with a washi tape which is pretty useful. Whenever I want to use it, I can just peel the washi tape out. So yeah. So that’s it. And let’s flip through the whole setup together. So the first page I have made where I write my name and then the space for the grid spacing cheat sheet. And the next spread is basically the cover page and the keys page. I forgot to color in the butterflies. I really wanted to do that here. So here I am using the purple like the m purple color to color them out. Then the next spread that I have is basically the future log which is just a very simple future log to track all the events together. Then I have the goals and achievements spread and what I accomplished in 2026 and 2025. My monthly realization page is a page where I will write three lines after a month finished. The yearly budget tracker is a summary of all the calculations that I have to make for a month and I will calculate them in total for the whole year as well. So yes. And then the next spread is my shop planner or for you you can use it for project planner to plan out all your tasks. Then I have this content planner where I have a space for writing all the ideas at once and schedule the contents out. Then I have my main incoming and patron page. Then I have themes and colors. And lastly I have my daily routine space. So I hope you have enjoyed this video. If you do, please give it a thumbs up and consider subscribing. That may help my channel to grow a little bit. I hope I will see you in my next video. Until then, be safe and be healthy. Bye-bye.

This video is about my 2026 bullet journal setup. In this setup, I’ve shared 12 page ideas suitable for students, job holders, business owners, and content creators – cover page, keys notation, future log, goals and achievements, what I accomplished in 2026 VS in 2025, budget tracker, shop planner, content planner, daily routine with pie chart, mail in incoming tracker, bullet journal theme & color swatches page etc. Each spread is kept minimal and beginner friendly. I’ve also explained how to start a bullet journal from scratch. The theme is inspired by graffiti fonts, so the headers are a little doodly, but the overall setup stays clean and simple. 🌱Get all the Unique stickers SHOP : https://www.tritopusstudio.com 🌱Unlock exclusive printable stickers sheets, journaling kits, covers, calendar and many more PATREON PAGE : https://www.patreon.com/tritopus ❀ MY SUPPLIES ☀︎ A5 Archer & Olive dot grid notebook: https://www.archerandolive.com/collections/notebooks ☀︎ calendar stickers: https://tritopusstudio.com/collections/planner-collection ** Most of my supplies can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/shop/tritopusjournal **tombow fudenosuke hardtip brush pen: https://amzn.to/3KOcHyt **sakura pigma micro 005, 05 : https://amzn.to/3N7pHzN ☀︎ Tombow ABT Dual Brush Pens [affiliated discount code ‘tritopusjournal’ for 12% off ]
