For those who don't get one for all which is what the green haired dude or deku has is one of the strongest quirks in the world but it was passed down from multiple predecessors and his predecessor said it would kill and explode him if he couldn't handle the power so he had to train first so he did. But monoma the yellow haired dude has the power to copy quirks but deku gets scared and tries to stop nim from attempting to hit him or else he would die but luckily monomas quirk stops that from happening.
