Thank Christ that the wipe happened at such a relatively early point in development, cause as painful as it was to lose that 4 months of work, I can be positive about the fact that it wasn’t a year’s worth of effort. Cause that would just be flat out heartbreaking. The biggest pain in my rear is the fact that if I want to continue making this a full animation, I’d have to start entirely from scratch, cause any premade animations/sessions are completely gone forever. This is an awesome Gamera design, very Avant Gamera looking (the Gamera who died sacrificing himself against Gyaos before being reborn as Toto in Gamera the Brave) which is kind of my favorite design cause it has a beak and generally looks very ancient, the clay/earthen brown also makes it contrast with Godzilla.
