He has appeared on many programs, including NHK Educational TV’s “Blue Orchestra,” TV Asahi’s “Untitled Concert,” Nippon TV’s “Classic in Love,” and NHK’s “Chopin in Love.” She won first place in the cello division of the 71st All Japan Student Music Competition, Yokohama Citizens’ Award (first place in the audience vote), Japan Broadcasting Corporation Award, and Japan Post Insurance Award. She won first place in the string division of the 10th Yokohama International Music Competition. She won second place in the string division of the 20th Osaka International Music Competition. She won gold in the high school and above division of the 16th Izuminomori Junior Cello Competition. She won the highest award in the cello division of the 24th Japan Classical Music Competition. She has performed at the graduation concert for outstanding students of the Toho Girls’ High School Music Department (coeducational), the “Kyoto Music Dedication Concert” sponsored by the Mainichi Shimbun, the “Hotel Okura Renewal Commemorative Concert,” a solo performance at the “Cello Day” event sponsored by the Japan Cello Association, the “Performance of Young Cellists Flying into the Future” at Kioi Hall, and the “Living – A Concert to Support Young Money” sponsored by Japan Post Insurance. She has attended master classes by Alain Meunier, Wolfgang Boettcher, and Ikanho. Passed the “Rohm Music Seminar Miyata Dai Cello Class” and took Miyata Dai’s master class. Participated in the 40th Kirishima International Music Festival as a scholarship student and was selected to perform in the concert. Took Project Quartet as Bonheur String Quartet (Tonomura Risa, Fukuda Asako, Ota Kohei, Sugai Eito). Appeared in MMCJ2021. As Quartet ReNADA (Maeda Hina, Fukuda Asako, Ariga Kana, Ota Kohei, Sugai Eito), is a fellow of the 6th Suntory Hall Chamber Music Academy. Received the IMA Music Award (Grand Prize) at Ishika Music Academy 2022. Enrolled in the Artist Diploma Course at Tokyo College of Music in 2022. Studied chamber music under Harada Koichiro, Tsutsumi Tsuyoshi, Yamazaki Nobuko, Isomura Kazuhide, Ikeda Kikue, and Komoriya Izumi. She studied cello under Hakuro Mori, Sumiko Kurata, Yoko Hasegawa, and Shunsuke Fujimura.
