Goblin slayer doesn’t really belong there… though I agree that scene in the first episode is pretty bad, specially when compared to the light novel where it wasn’t nearly that explicit and those things are not treated like fan service in the least

Most of these are literally ecchi series and Goblin Slayer is no way worst or even comparable to something like Redo of Healer
