Luffy is not responsible at all and probably doesn’t even know what a mission is and would just go with the kid to a restaurant. Disqualified
As much as I’m sure the canon Helsing team is good. All I can hear is abridged alucard screaming “YOU BROUGHT ME A PRESENT?!” . Can’t rate them in good faith.
Abridged Goku and canon Goku would both probably try to train with the kid, and lose them at some point. 2/0

Jojo would probably take care of the kid and be a pro about it, but he’s kinda like the mafia and you wouldn’t leave your kid with the mafia. 5/10
Yor would do everything in her power to protect the kid and be efficient. But she has awful tracking skills, especially for kids, and she wouldn’t avoid traumatizing kids by murdering people in front of them, instead she would teach them the proper way. 5.5/10 (also if she cooks before or after the missions the kids dead)
All might (cannoning with his powers) would protect the kid, complete the mission effectively, avoid traumatizing the child, and get them dinner afterwards. 11/10. Without powers would be much more messy, but still 8/10
Guts… 5/10, effective but… traumatizing
Panty and stocking…. 5/10 effective but also traumatizing
