Seen this happen at my gym, is equal parts hilarious and concerning (she was fine, just embarrassed)

Did that once at the gym, was going slow thankfully and just spaced out for like 5 seconds and came back as I fell off the back. Either no one saw me or everyone pretended they didn’t see, but either way no harm done but super embarrassing lol
