As Sherria and Wendy dispatch the Mages of Orochi's Fin, they are grounded by Bluenote's Gravity Magic, and is quickly recognized by Carla, Wendy and Happy. As he prepares to attack Sherria, he is interrupted by the arrival of Natsu Dragneel, who seems to be unaffected by the increased gravity.[20] Bluenote looks at Natsu and remembers him as the weakling he defeated on Tenrou Island, but decides that this time around he is dangerous and attacks him with his gravity. Natsu, however, is unaffected by Bluenote's gravity yet still, and as Bluenote remembers Fairy Tail and his defeat at the hands of Gildarts, he is defeated with a swift Fire Dragon King's Roar that leaves him incapacitated and ends Orochi's Fin's assault on Margaret Town.
Natsu doesn't have E.N.D anymore so I'll put my money on Shiki. He has Xenolith's power (whose gravity literally stopped an entire planet). In the current arc, he only a small amount of Xenolith's power (Still not sure if it's a combination of his own power and Xenolith as both have Satan Gravity).
Speed.. I'd say its Shiki because his new Overdrive absolutely bursted through Poseidon Nero in the latest arc.
