I watched the 7th episode of the anime “Maiko-sanchi no Makanaisan”. Miso Kaiyaki (or Kaiyaki Miso) looked really delicious! I also remember eating it when I went to my grandparents’ house a long time ago, but unfortunately I don’t remember much about it. So, I’m thinking of requesting it when I go to my grandparents’ house at the end of this year lol I can’t make it without scallop shells, but if you’re interested, why not make it and try it?
