私も5月くらいに咳も含め、まーさんと全くと言っていいほど同じ症状でダウンしましたが医者に行かずコロナの検査もしませんでした。
通常モードに戻るまで２週間くらいかかりましたが元気になりましたよ。

喘息症状でしたら酸素濃度さがってるとだるいというか眠いというか横になって休むことしかできないような感じになります
気管支拡張剤使うと劇的に目が覚めるというか動けるようになります、これは経験者にしかわからない感覚だとおもいます
喘息というと咳が印象的ですが実際は空気を取り込めないことのほうがつらいです
なので医者で喘息かどうか見てもらって気管支拡張剤処方してもらえるといいですね
