比起南京町大阪好多地方更有中华街味道。不过老祥记不是网红店哦，正宗当地老店，创始人正好是杭州人。

看到光复，我还以为是“光复香港，时代革命”。日本的唐人街和其他自由国家的唐人街比，是最干净的。很久以前去过横滨的中华街，还被日本人当成是当地人问过路。
所以日本人从来都是对南京垂涎三尺
對日本人來說，南京市是國民政府的首都，也是日本侵華最熟知的地標，也是日本人一輩子難忘的愧疚地方，，南京大屠殺，， 就讓日本人一直慚愧吧 !

It's interesting to see how the Chinatowns have evolved, especially in the cooking of the Chinese foods.
It's the same where ever you go, be it in UK, Germany, France, etc.
The taste are tailored to the local people's taste, not authentic Chinese food.
But looking from another perspective, it has developed into a new type of Chinese food.
When you are a foreigner in a country, you long to eat your hometown food.
Though it may not be as authentic & as good as food at home country, it is still better than nothing.
It is the same with Indian food, too.

ChinaTown一般來說唐人街。可是我們日本人稱之為中華街。韓國人也稱中華街(중화가)。這個稱呼似乎是從日語來的。韓國有兩條中華街。一條在仁川車站前邊。還有一條在釜山車站前邊。都是位於市中心。可是街道上沒有日本的中華街那麼熱鬧，令人感覺冷清清的。韓國的華僑文化沒有東南亞的那麼繁榮興盛。這是因為韓國人基本上是排華的。他們歧視中國人。韓國的老華僑90％是山東人。可是在韓中建交之後，大量的中國人從東北來到韓國打工。他們大多是朝鮮族。
