Shinichiro Miki, from “Initial D” to “MF Ghost” Inherits “soul” to Yuma Uchida[Advance screening]

An advance screening of the TV anime “MF Ghost”, which is based on Shuichi Shigeno’s “successor” to the popular manga “Initial D”, was held on September 1st at TOHO Cinemas Hibiya (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), with a secret guest. Voice actor Shinichiro Miki appeared. Mr. Miki, who played the main character Takumi Fujiwara in the TV anime and movie version of “Initial D,” inherited his “soul” from Yuma Uchida, who played the main character Natsumi Katagiri in “MF Ghost.” Mr. Miki encouraged Mr. Uchida, “Please love your role and the work, and make it more exciting.” Mr. Uchida enthusiastically said, “I will do my best to deliver excitement and enthusiasm,” and the two shook hands firmly.
