UC still the best timeline
Really goes to show how G Witch is a culmniation of generations of Gundam. A loveletter to the franchise. Almost every part of G Witch has roots in past stories.

Am I the only one who is kind of annoyed that the Calibarn basically just comes out of nowhere? There was no foreshadowing or build up, just "oh yeah by the way we conveniently have this other Gundam that no one's been able to pilot yet."

When i saw Calibarn, it reminded me of Unicorn a bit but damn i didn't expect it to be like this
The Witch From mercury series was the love letter to Unicorn Gundam and Utena.

Would have been super cool to hear them play the same music that plays when unicorn full armor flies in for the caliburn scene here
I truly loved this episode. It was so good to see Suletta get Miorine back while also kicking ass in a new Gundam. I can't wait to see how the story goes from here. My prediction is that much like how Unicorn unlocked more abilities as Banagher's newtype powers began to grow and influence it, I get the feeling Suletta will learn how to handle the Data Storms without Eri, and will be able to reach the higher Permet Scores without risk of harm.
Overall, I love Unicorn, and in spite of the weeks of trauma some of the previous G-Witch episodes put me through, there's one thing I knew when seeing the promo material for G-Witch, and I still believe it as the show goes on. The moment I saw the stuff surrounding the series prior to its debut, I said to myself, "This Gundam anime is going to be truly special.", and it has been. I love G-Witch.
