I thought it was kind of a Longboarder kind of anime since most of them except Reki looks like they're using a longboards and it's just a downhill racing.
For anyone that’s going to watch it, I IMPLORE you to watch the sub first if you can. It’s harder to take seriously in the dub, precious as it is, and the sub has a slightly more serious tone Feel free to watch the dub after tho because not only is it a good show to watch multiple times, but the dub is fucking funny
I too kinda felt that everyone was treating reki as a useless person except for langa of course but as a main character i believe they might give him much cool moments as a compensation in the 2nd season, I'm just saying what i expect since it was kind of all about langa on the first season as the "cool guy" but I'm hoping they'll show reki's true colours and that "cool mc" side of him on the next season :>
I honestly relate to Reki and Mika the most sometimes people will look down on u and call u stuff while your friend is the one who is better and it can get to you. Finally I relate to Mika because you try to open yourself for a friendship but they just push you aside once your good at something or they think your better then them it hurts
As someone who have added Sk8 the infinity gifs EVERY. SINGLE. SLIDE of her physical education presentation about skateboarding, I agree (the pal trees were on fire in the last slide with two sticks of kids scaring from canvas in front and the text “thank you for your attention”)

I watched the dub and my only complaint, they had THREE homoerotic relationships and none of them ended in a kiss.
Sk8 the infinity is just one of those animes where you HAVE to watch the dub just because of how funny they managed to make it! 🌴🌴
