Franky is number #1 on this list for me… Iceberg carries on Tom’s vision for Water 7 with a suit and tie. But Franky did just as much and cared just as much. When you find out he took the riff raff and the dregs of the city and gave them purpose and kept them from harming themselves and the city it was powerful. He truly sees them as family and he was hesitant to go with the straw hats because he cared so much about them and Water 7… that is the hardest I have cried watching one piece.
