The preview soon becomes news, and Anna and others come to the museum. The “Starlight Princess” necklace is said to be worth over 2 billion yen, and was protected by strict security and a special glass case. While investigating the museum with Mikuru, Anna is approached by Ruru Moria in the exhibition room, but Ruru says, “Good luck, Detective,” and immediately disappears. At 8 p.m., as announced, someone turns off the lights in the hall all at once. When the light was restored by emergency power, a Phantom card was affixed to the necklace’s case, with a message saying, “The contents have been replaced and are fake.” Mikuru realizes that this is a trap to force the victim to open the case and steal the contents, but the necklace is stolen by the criminal disguised as a security guard. Anna and Mikuru come to the rooftop in pursuit of the culprit, and in front of them is Ruka, disguised as a security guard. Under the moonlight, Ruka unravels her disguise and transforms into Cure Arcana Shadow. Answer and Mystic are surprised to find out that Precure is a phantom thief, but they stand up against them, but Arcana Shadow completely cuts through their movements and they can’t stand it. Agesene, who has joined the group, transforms the necklace into Hanninder, but Arcana Shadow attacks Hanninder. Taking this opportunity, Answer and Mystic were able to purify Hanninder and retrieve the necklace, but Arcana Shadow told them, “You can’t defeat the Phantom now,” and left. After the incident, it becomes clear that all the exhibits at the Hosho Museum are fake.
