Needless to say he's one of the most powerful Dead Apostles around and is friendly with humans. He's even on good terms with Shirou from Fate Stay Night. He's Jester vampiric father (he turned Jester into a Dead Apostle), so Van-Fem basically just disowned his own children this episode lol.
