The sacrifice and plot twist…even plot armor at the end got us 😅😅 I feel happy that the conclusion was in a good situation..
I bet the bay have powers just like Kaya…maybe….but not too strong ….and I hope it was a boy…they didn't tell us the gender.

it did made me a little bit sad that the dad never discovered, cuz can you imagine the horror of your partner using your child as a weapon against your own daughter? And he never knows it. Because she did everything so premeditated
But overall great anime, 10/10
Ultimately, she talks about curses and all that, but she was just trapped by anxiety about childbirth and conflict with her parents, and those fears were exploited for malicious purposes.
Therefore, she finds solace in the love of her family and child.
That's probably what this work is trying to say.
The thing i love the most about this ending is the fact that the one who pretty much solved the situation was not anyone with any sort of supernatural abilities like the Ebisumori family or even Mob, but a completely normal human. If it wasn't for Chie being always there acting like a caring big sister to Kaya (Because that is pretty much the role she took), the situation would have taken a big turn for the worse. And what makes it even better is that it HAD to be Chie because pretty much anyone else would have probably panicked like crazy but after hearing Kaya ask her if she was scared, Chie was able to smile with confidence. Why was this important? Because Kaya learned from it. Chie was able to smile even tho she was horrified, so Kaya was able to smile at her mother even tho she was probably horrified too. At least that is my opinion.

Chie-sensei was the MVP of this episode… she saved Kaya and the whole Sato and Ebisumori family with her insight and her perspective as a teacher.

The manga is not over yet. Next arc. Can wait for season 2.
You could say there is a new continued arc. But I don't really think there is enough of it to give a 2nd season.
