Yep I saw this coming a mile a way and yet his entrance is truly amazing. One of the 4 Horseman of the Apocalypse can become a heroic spirit. It's just amazing.

I still bet on the Real Assassin can win the fight vs Horsemen of the Apocalypse maybe not on 1 v 1 but if someone help the real assassin, he might be able to do something.

The real assassin is a Shadow of King Hassin not the real King Hassin but still able use his Azreal NP kind of to a certain degree but something similar to it. To my knowledge he kind of like the human version of the Angle of Death. In FGO Azreal is a real character that you fight in Grand Battle he's the Grand Assassin beside King Hassin given that title. Not sure how strong the Shadow of King Hassin is but his presences were scary enough to Ishtar was having to be more on guard then facing Enkidu at the moment.
As somone else mentioned, they arent the actual Pale Rider, theyre a manifestation of disease and contagion specifically the bubonic plague

The Kurookoa family magecraft is similar to the matou’s but instead of inscet familars they use microorganisms like bacteria as familiars. Tsubaki’s father went to Latin America and actually found the “Malla” the alien microorganism that would eventually create the aztec underworld nauhi mictlan both in Proper Human History and in LB7. That father injected his own daughter with these Microorganisms and that led to her being in a coma but the same Malla is what gave her a connection to the underworld allowing her to summon Pale Rider as a servant even unintentionally.
