I get one skip school pass every month. I use those skip school days to stay home and play video games.
Cats be playing in the background
This show is wonderfully paced, emotionally resonant, and just flat-out phenomenal.
I’ve been re-reading the manga to tell what’s gonna come up in the next episodes and I immediately knew that this episode would be a tear jerker
I love how Makio dropped all her work to look for Asa, despite obviously being very busy and on a time crunch. It really shows how much she cares, and her level of concern in turn shows that she was really paying attention to the way Asa was acting at home.
Needless to say, that the phenomena of "death", absence, and grief is "crazy-making", especially when it's a freak accident. The subconscious is Pandora's box being opened at that point.
this episode destroy me inside to a 1000 pieces, anime of the season😭
6:05 This line serves as a parallel to Makio's in a previous episode, where she remarked to Kasamachi that at Asa's age, "the smallest remark could change the rest of her life."
This was the first episode to make me tear up, not because I was overly sad, but because I was so relieved she finally acknowledged her parents being gone
