Fun fact there is actually only 1 person Francesca is scared of for real. Touko Aozaki. When she met Touko she called by her moniker "Scarred Red" a moniker she hates. Touko was so pissed she proceeded to keep killing Francesca over and over again. It got so bad Francesca actually had to beg for help from other mages in the area just for it to stop. Eventually after enough deaths she left Francesca go and told her to keep her and her disgusting mana as far away from her sight or she would do it again.

Prelati is one of those characters that people love to hate I also want to say that her bullshit in strange fake is supposed to have affected Chaldea during the seven singularity more precisely during the Babylon one…. Truly that guy/girl is nothing but trouble
