The Ferrari Circuit Challenge event will be held at Deep Forest Raceway. The Ferrari 812 Super Fast ’17 was optimized for racing specifications and adjusted it to be below PP700 and entered the race. I really enjoyed this race event so I tried again with another vehicle. Since it is a permanent event, you can always try it, but there are probably some viewers who are aiming to clear the Ferrari 812 Super Fast ’17, which was added in the recent update. The stage is Deep Forest Raceway, surrounded by deep forests, featuring a fast, technical layout. The six-lap sprint race with a rolling start system consisting of 16 cars, sparks from famous cars from the 1970s to modern supersports. The player drives the 812 Super Fast ’17 and thoroughly tunes aerodynamics, suspension and power control within the PP700 regulations. On a course with technical medium speed corners, the key to victory is how freely you can control the heavy-weight FR machine. This race allows you to fully experience the dynamic Ferrari-like driving performance, along with the overwhelming acceleration and heavy exhaust sound of the V12. As the name suggests, its sharp acceleration performance and stability at high speeds are attractive, but on the other hand, the weight is approximately 1.6 tons and rear-wheel drive, so it also tends to oversteer in tight technical sections. Delicate control is required. In this setting, the power restrictor, ballast, aerodynamics and suspension are finely adjusted while complying with the PP700 regulations. We chose sports and software tires, aiming to achieve both ease of use and stable speed. Experience the stable cornering performance thanks to the smooth acceleration in mid- and high-speed sections of the Deep Forest Raceway and sharp steering response. —- This event will be a six-lap sprint format with no fuel or tire wear. Therefore, it is necessary to have a full-scale attack from the beginning. The Ferrari 812 Super Fast uses excellent linear acceleration due to its large-displacement NA engine, but due to its characteristics of nearly 1.6 tons of weight and rear-wheel drive, the tail tends to flow at the start, and the accelerator must be operated carefully. Additionally, by taking the braking point slightly earlier and being conscious of stable deceleration and turning, you can choke a stable lap that prevents mistakes. To bring out performance under the PP700 limit, the power restrictor is adjusted to optimize the vehicle balance with ballast arrangement. Furthermore, differential settings and suspension adjustments improve stability during rise and cornering. The first half of the course is mainly technical sections with continuous tight corners, so careful braking and accurate line adjustments are required. From the middle of the game, the high-speed sections continue with downhill slopes, so it is effective to aim for a straight overtake while taking advantage of the increased acceleration.
