Noble Fencer actually does get into the Centaur Racing thing later on lol.
You know, is it just me, or did the way Priestess talked to Noble Fencer kind similar to how Cow Girl talks to Goblin Slayer sometimes, with the whole cutesy pseudo-pet talk? Maybe that’s partially why Goblin Slayer said that whole “love blooming on the goblin slaying battlefield” bit, other than the obvious putting on a ring joke.
