まぁ、やり手婆が鳳仙の母なら緑青館が実家。
母親のいる実家の離れにいたんだから、ある意味もう妓女ではない。だから「妓女の鳳仙」はいないのかも。

猫猫が両親の再会を仲介したのって、鳳仙の病状を診てるから、最期くらい会わせてあげたくなったのかも。
花街や後宮で、それぞれの思惑で動いてすれ違う人々の悲哀を見る中で、猫猫自身が大人？になって両親を客観視できるようになったのも大きいのでは。
鳳仙は脳が病に侵されても石で碁盤を再現していたり、羅漢も青い薔薇に拘ったりとニ人が未だに両思いなのも、今ならすれ違いの誤解が解ける事も猫猫なら理解していたはず。
