He has appeared in many shows, including NHK E-TV’s “Blue Orchestra,” TV Asahi’s “Untitled Concert,” Nippon Television’s “Koisuru Classic,” and NHK’s “Koisuru Chopin.” Won first place in the national competition in the cello section of the 71st All Japan Student Music Competition, the Yokohama Citizen Award (first place in audience voting), the Japan Broadcasting Corporation Award, and the Japan Post Insurance Award. 1st place in the string instrument category at the 10th Yokohama International Music Competition. 2nd place in the string instrument category at the 20th Osaka International Music Competition. 16th Izuminomori Junior Cello Competition Gold Prize for High School Students and Above. Highest prize at the 24th Japan Classical Music Competition Cello Division National Competition. Graduation concert by Toho Girls’ High School music department (coeducational) students with excellent grades, “Kyoto Music Dedication Concert” sponsored by Mainichi Shimbun, “Hotel Okura Renewal Commemoration Concert”, solo performance at “Cello Day” sponsored by Japan Cello Association , Kioi Hall, “The Performance of a Young Cellist Who Wants to Soar into the Future”, and “Ikiru: A Concert to Support Young Money” sponsored by Japan Post Insurance, among many other appearances. So far, he has attended master classes with Alain Meunier, Wolfgang Boettcher, and Mr. Ikanho. Passed the “ROHM Music Seminar Dai Miyata Cello Class,” took Dai Miyata’s master class, participated in the 40th Kirishima International Music Festival as a scholarship student, and was selected for a concert. Attended Project Quartet as the Bonheur String Quartet (Risa Tonomura, Asako Fukuda, Kohei Ota, Eito Sugai). Appeared in MMCJ2021. He is a 6th fellow of the Suntory Hall Chamber Music Academy as part of the quartet ReNADA (Hina Maeda, Asako Fukuda, Kano Ariga, Kohei Ota, Eito Sugai). Received the IMA Music Award (Grand Prize) at Ishikaka Music Academy 2022. Enrolled in Tokyo College of Music Artist Diploma Course in 2022. Studied chamber music with Koichiro Harada, Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi, Nobuko Yamazaki, Kazuhide Isomura, Kikuhide Ikeda, and Izumi Komoriya. Studied cello with Hakuro Mori, Sumiko Kurata, Yoko Hasegawa, and Shunsuke Fujimura.
