Practice is your best bet. The problem you might be having is that you’re trying to go super detailed on EVERY sketch; just dedicate a week or two or a day or two per week to draw mannequins. This would ideally just stop at the rough sketch lines. Same for the face; practice drawing the base shapes and learn how the body/skin sits on top of the forms.

I understand not being satisfied and knowing that it might not be the result you were hoping for, but as another user said trial and error, also you just have to find your own drawing style that works for you until ypu get at the level you’re hoping for,
Also this is really not bad, I always struggle with facial feautures and hands most of the time
