What the F happened to Killer Queen’s design ?! What is this ?!
I forgot about Zero lol. I hope we get to see him again.
I really hope they stop filling the majority of the episode with flashbacks and recaps, it almost feels like we are getting 5-10 minutes of story.
The art and other changes might take some getting used to but it would be much easier if we could just get on with the story
I’m still of the opinion that this show has changed way too much and this season is still too goofy. I’m really disappointed. I enjoyed the quirkiness of the first season. This one’s not quirky it’s goofy. Not the same.
What the hell did they do to Shrimpfry’s neck? It was actually realistic before, but now it just looks like she’s wearing an inflatable pool ring around her neck.
I still can’t get behind the character changes. Killer queen’s design is so noticable, she became a totally different character. Kunai, Kirihara, Zero, became too old. Yu, Aku, Yuna, Angel White, at least is similar to their s1 design.
My eyes is still adjusting to the changes.
As someone who just finished watching season 1 a couple weeks ago for the first time: what the fuck is this garbage?
Season 1 was great, season 2 is basically season 1 except somebody took a shit all over it.
I’m out.
Putting this one down today. Too much of a departure from s1 for me. It lost a lot of its charm. The character redesigns, the animation (or lack there of), and rehashing parts of s1 (looking 10x worse) is just too much for me.
Is me or the character design and animations are pretty bad compared to the first season? Also i’m confused, seems the story do not continue from where the first season ended? This is a recap? If this is the case then this is the longest one i ever saw in an anime, two episodes already wasted. The first season ended with Maou depart in a journey to find items that boost his lack of magic protections.
Do not like how this “second” season started, is subpar, manga adaptation in on a completely different level, is gorgeous both story and art.
I am so disappointed over this season so far. I was so looking forward to this. But I think it is going to fall to the 3 episode rule. Why did they have to screw up a really zany comedy?
They fucking killed Queen who the hell is that impostor?
Also the new VA for Queen doesn’t fit the character in the slightest.

Nah this aint it chief. Even if i ignore the bad art style change and weird lore changes its still just missing the personality that kept me watching the 1st season. Its a shame but im most probably just going to end up dropping this.
Wow they really bastardized a lot of the character designs for this and every episode is a shitty recap one so far.
This feels like the studio that picked this up has some huge ego and wanted to make sure it’s entirely their own show so they changed every character. Yu and the blonde are two of the more extreme changes.
This may be a recap, but the lack of time spent working on it shows a pattern that is clearly the norm for the rest of the season. The setting may be an MMO turned isekai, but it gives me a thick impression of an amateur RPG Maker game thanks to the generic fantasy OST coupled with panning shots of unremarkable town scenery. -Usa~
The voice acting was being drowned out by the music’s high volume at one point. -Pyon~
Anime adaptations like this are the reason why I think of anime as radio dramas more than animation. Even cheaply animated crap has good voice acting (although the writing/dialogue itself is jargon garbage).
**TL;DR** I’m having fun snickering at the terrible production, but I also had to force myself to finish watching episode 2 which boiled down to nothing BUT narration. I’d say it’s still a coin flip for me. On the bright side, nothing can be worse than the Tasuuketsu anime.
Also, the protagonist’s cutesy voice is still there?! XD I guess I’ll get used to it eventually.
Could’ve just made 10 episodes instead of 2 fillers but okay.

These two episodes felt like a RECAP.
What the fuck happened to Killer Queen, Yu… And holy shit that neck… What in the world….
This feels like a parody of the original, they are going out of their way to make this as goofy as possible while constantly going back and recapping every little thing
1) Isn’t it pretty obvious the game he is in was created by the flashback guy?
2) Rehashing large portions of S1 is awful and lazy
3) If he has full admin access, why does he persist in being the old man bod?
4) There is a good story here where he is building an empire but it’s completed hidden in the unneeded flashbacks and rehashed story plots.
5) The bunnies saying “bunny” and “hop” really needs to be tossed on the film floor.
This is easily on the, barely paying attention to list. There are some elements to like so I’ll keep popping in. I just don’t know who showed this to the final team and they were like “Yeah, 10 minutes of story and 15 min of flashbacks is a good idea”
Yeah I’m not loving these redesigns. Why did their eyes grow so much 😭

Holy shit, I have never seen such a trainwreck of anime. Please just cancel the show now, have someone else do season 2, I’ll wait. Cause if this season finishes, this anime is done for, forever. There will be no recovery from this flaming pile of crap. Everything is wrong, everything. Like if I was the author, I would sue the studio that made this. That’s how bad it is.
Edit: Nevermind, this art style is actually closer to the manga, the author probably made them do this. Was probably mad about the first season. But dam, s1 art style was way better, the faces gave characters…character. Blame the author if anyone.
what disapointment i though we would get a season 2 but nstead we get a worse animated recap of S1…

Like someone decided against all odds to produce another season of this and couldn’t find a studio to do better work than the 6 students that made Season 1? fuck me, they should have searched to the ends of the earth to get that team back together if it was gonna be like this.
