Okay so he is not holding up the bar. The center of gravity would be between the two black holes. So everything would be getting pulled to that point. Now he is holding the bar from moving. Large gravitational objects orbit around each other even as they get closer. So he is stopping that. So it should go bar, holding two black holes. Him keep the two black holes in place. Then the bench holding the weight of the planet from trying to orbit the black holes.

The bench is carrying the weight of two black holes plus Saitama. So the bench is just as durable as Saitama, but Saitama is still the strongest.
