My first post here have given me a bunch of useful advice, and once again i didnt have anything particular in mind to improve on, so lookimg for some feedback!
Drawing digitally as someone who have no drawing experience (working as engineer) have been challenging but a ton of fun learning! Before i start drawing i couldnt imagine myself sitting down and do something for 4-5 hours straight lol beside working

Usually, human ears are about even with the center of the eyes. (Nice eyes btw!) Your ears seem a bit low.
I also recommend trying layering some of the hair behind the ears to give your drawing more depth.
