Really impressive for a first digital piece. Especially the lighting and shading on the dress are lovely.
As for tips:
I’m assuming you’re using a program that has layers, so you could lower the opacity on the glass a bit to make it appear more glass-like (specifically the part she’s holding – IRL you’d see her hand through it). Quite tricky to do with traditional media, but with digital media it’s quite easy to do by adjusting the layer that way.
Personally I would have shaded her skin with a darker tone of the base color instead of using black. Sometimes going slightly purple with the skin shading can also look nice, sometimes you just gotta play around with the colors to see what looks best.
