People tend to not realize how useful a stand would be because you can do literally anything you want and almost no one will know. Even if you don’t have an ability just having an invisible man beat the ever lasting crap out of someone and no one will know it’s you. Stands for the win

The others are just way too random to be worth it, you could be stuck with a stupid Stand or Quirk. And CE energy is way too combat focused it won’t be really usefull in real life.
Possible uses of the mentioned powers :
– Ki : you could learn how to fly and teleportation
– Chakra : shadow clone jutsu just has so many benifits and real life case uses that it just would be the best choise.
– Nen : Idk maybe something interesting
– Haki : if you have emperor haki tha would be the coolest shit ever.
