I don’t like it lol Amazake is often distributed at New Year’s shrines, etc., but apparently there are two types: one made from “sake lees” and one made from “rice malt” (from the anime “Maiko Sanchino Makanaisan”) (from episode 4). The one made with sake lees contains some alcohol, but the one made with “rice malt” does not contain alcohol and is easy to drink. Could it be that the amazake that I dislike is made from “sake lees”?
