    ・部下のモチベーションを上げるため
    給与明細を見せていた。
    もちろん全ての会社や環境でこれができるわけではないが
    試作の1つと有効打である。
    ーー
    毎月、席が変わるというのは僕が在籍していた営業会社でもありました😲
    さらに見込み客リストとそうでないリスト
    そこから契約を取る、取らないの話など
    当時のことを思い出す内容でした!

    浅川さんが「プレイングマネージャーの方が楽しい!」
    という理由がなんとなくわかります。

    そういえば僕も当時、
    マネージャーが不在の時、契約が取れそうなメンバーを勝手にモニタリングし、
    サポートをして、そのメンバーに契約を取らせたことがありました。

    僕はなにかと自由にやらせていただいてましたが💦
    今思えば、本当に懐かしい話です!✊

    ひさびさに電話営業していたときを思い出しました!

    示唆質問を行った。夢の定性的確認。
    定量的な行動での夢への後押し。

    面接は、以心伝心の質問である。 
    示唆質問による問題点の範囲の確定。
    解決質問による問題点の肯定的解釈。

  3. これまでで1番、最高だった自分を普通だと思う。そのときがまぐれじゃなくて、今が足を挫いているだけだと思うと、視点が上がる気がします😄
