LIVE STAGE “Skate-Leading Stars” is being performed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Stella Bolle in Tokyo from October 22nd to 31st, 2021. This work is a story of high school students in a fictitious figure skating team competition “Skate Reading”. In “Skate-Leading”, five people from one team slide together and compete for victory or defeat based on the total of technical points (unison, etc.) and artistic points (composition, entertainment, etc.). There are three positions, there must be one person for each position, and each position can be combined freely, but each position must be performed with the specified elements. The main character, Ayaharu Maejima and other high school students played by Ryoki Nagae will participate in each tournament as a division of each school, aiming for the Grand Prix Final where only the top 6 teams can participate in the point system. Maejima once left figure skating, but was invited by Hayato Ishii (Kaoru Masaki) who appeared in front of Maejima to join the skate-leading team to beat her rival Reiho Shinozaki (Yo Masaki). In the play, the youth of Maejima and others who participate in the Grand Prix series are depicted. The members are confused by Maejima who suddenly appears, and even though they sometimes collide, they have the same feeling of “wanting to win”, and with the help of director Takumi Adachi (Yoshihiko Narimatsu), they are united.
