He claims to be the owner of a luxury hotel and shows him a “theft notice” from the popular thief, Little Red Riding Hood. He had declared that he would steal one of the hearts that Arne had lost, which would be put up for sale in an illegal “black market auction” held in the basement of the hotel. Pandora offers Arne a request to protect the heart at auction, and Arne accepts. He then sends Rin to the auction and decides to auction off the heart as well.
