Dead Apostle Ancestors are kings in the world of Dead Apostles. Van-Fem has been around for 4,000 years and was present during the age of the gods. Needless to say he's one of the most powerful Dead Apostles around and is friendly with humans. He's even on good terms with Shirou from Fate Stay Night. He's Jester vampiric father (he turned Jester into a Dead Apostle), so Van-Fem basically just disowned his own children this episode lol.
What an ending to the first season… But season 2 is where Strange Fake will peak even more!
The person who tossed Richard a sword was one of his hidden companions.
This episode basically covered 150 or so pages of the light novel. A LOT was cut. Like an absurd amount.
Fun times still…but yea there's just so much of the novelization that got skipped/cut/pushed to the side.
For people who are curious this was the end of Volume 6.
