Let's see all things which has been revealed about Ayaka in anime: (just a warning beforehand: my english is kinda poor, so im apologize in advance for any errors) – she has some kind of connection with hollow ataraxia(the red hood entity that was first shown in hollow ataraxia) – she has some connection with kirei – she has seen shota Gil and kirei at same place – she has a strange(and fake?) relation with the einzbern
One logical conclusion which can be extract from the evidences is she needs to be in fuyuki between zero and stay night, cuz this is the unique period when kirei was alive and Gil was in her shota form
So now that o already showed all the evidences, my guess is she some kind of avatarization of grail or the memories of the grail wars, and the best group to make this in fuyuki was the einzbern, an family focused on the creation of homunculus and Lesser grails, so that's explain her connection with the einzbern(the creators) and kirei(an overseer and church representant)
Prolly my guess will be debunk in the next episode, but even so, It was fun to think about
