Fun fact by the author himself, Narita has mentioned that if Flat never met waver, he'd be so dangerous the world would try to do him in(tldr of what Jack was saying to flat at the end). Also cerberus has had a different design in every media he's shown up in.
Sigma was also fully saved by the fact that Fake Assassin had a vampire for a master lol. while i think she's not too bad of a person, that one shake up is the only thing keeping her from continuing to leroy jenkins the whole war including him despite being a child deep down due to his past. And i knew the moment Faldeus said he would off civilians that Lee would love him lmaooo

Honestly for fate series I recommend just watch Fate Zero then Fate Stay Night UBW, then you can watch any fate series after that.
Fate Zero is prequel for every Fate Stay Night and strange fake.
Fate stay Night have 3 routes.
Fate stay Night (saber route), old anime, animated by deen.
Fate stay Night UBW (Rin route), have old movie by deen, but just watch the newer anime version by ufotable.
Fate stay Night Heavens Feel (sakura route) have movie by ufotable
Watch fate zero, then UBW you will get the general idea of fate series, then you can watch any other fate.
Strange fake by the timeline is after fate stay Night (wichever the route is).
So the watch order by the timeline would be Fate Zero > Fate stay night (I recommend UBW) > Fate strange fake
Any other fate is some sort what if time line, or spin off
Some would disagree but this is my recommendation for starting fate series
