Prelati's NP Grand Illusion is able to put up illusions (crazy, who would've thought), they are illusions yet so real, so real that it can even fool the World itself, bc of that those buildings can be interacted with for days until the World realizes it's fake and turn them back how Berserker left them, the World is a living thing btw like Earth is alive that's why it can be deceive and such
