I didn’t read the manga so I’m theorising with you but from what I got from that scene I feel like Keito hates their fangirls and just sees them as fools that are easy to manipulate like he said in his first line, so maybe he’s very calculating on how to exploit their support for him. Ouri even told him “don’t mock our fans”. So I have a feeling that he might hate Utage for being a fangirl 😭 I also thought like you that he looked kinda like disgusted in a sense when he learned who she was. I’m a bit bummed we didn’t see more of him but I really enjoyed what we got nonetheless!
