Francesca Prelati's ultimate goal is to wipe out Magic through technological advancement. She wants to create a new system based in the Holy Grail Wars system, repeating the ritual until we're all gone.
In a basic terms
Francesca's whole plan is wild when you think about it – using rituals to eventually eliminate what makes the rituals work in the first place.

That Little girl's servant the "plague" and he's the fake rider servant is the most powerful servant in the war that only Gilgamesh can stop it with EA
It’s a bit confusing but in the most simplest terms Francois pretty much summoned herself. She was able to do that cuz Francesca in their history was a mage that was able to reincarnate multiple times and she used her own body as a catalyst to summon herself. If ur wondering how can she summon herself if she’s alive is cuz technically the “throne” where all the spirits come from summons these spirits as kinda like clones based on the memories and the impacts each servant had during their time, hence why jack the ripper doesn’t have a true name cuz they never really figured out his name when he was around
The last time we saw a servant turned mad like this was beserker in fate zero, similar situation, and it took hella command seals and the goop from zero because Heracles is that guy
So the Prelatis is the same person lol she basically used herself as catalyst to summon her original self from back then which is insane and another thing his best friend btw is the Caster from Fate/Zero so you know they are sick in the head too
The Heracles thing his Master factory reset him into his more human self Alcides rather that his demigod version Heracles with a side of hatred for the gods using the Command Spells and the Grail Mud that corrupts the Servants essentially this is what you call Heracles Alter like Saber Alter from before with Artoria in Heaven's Feel
This episode was a doozy with the all the references it dropped, in no particular
1) Herc's master used the same method that Medea's master (Caster from F/SN UBW) used to generate mana, she killed him just because of how barbaric the method was,
2) The mud was also from the Fuyuki holy grail and that's what was used to corrupt Herc and change his nature.
3) The soldier "child's" mother was Maya, Kiritsugu's assistant back in Fate Zero
4) The "servants" summoned along with watcher were named in the JP subtitles so I don't think its supposed to be a secret but they are Young Orion, Amalia Earheart, Icarus, Asclepius
5) The people that were name dropped to have killed Francesca before were, The old man from the end of episode 0 Zelrich and Scar Red, being Touka Aozaki the puppet master who made Shirou's body at the end of FSN Heaven's Feel (you see her briefly in a shot with Rin and Sakura) but she has a bigger role in Kara No Kyoukai
6) lastly with Francesca's she basically summons herself due to the grail being unable to match "her" with anyone else due to how messed up she is and she's also the teacher of Caster from Fate Zero in a sense she corrupted him after the death of Jeane De'Arc and also gave him the spell book which he used to summon those weird tentacle monster things.
Anyway I probably still forgot to drop a bunch or stuff but that's what I remember off the dome
15:18 thats Shirou, the one that becomes Archer in the future. We are probably gonna see the holy grail war builds up a Lancer Servant while the war is ongoing, I just hope bro grows a few more inches cuz I know he is like 25 but I cannot take him seriously
And yeah Francesca summoned herself, or himself whatever the hell that is. Apparently as long as there is a record of a legend, it can be summoned like Jack the ripper, he said he doesn’t know himself but he was summoned off of legends about him.
The dub helped a lot this episode because the “twins” were saying slightly different things. The summon white hair boy says “I’m franqua” and the girl says “ I’m Francesca”, then they shared a last name. She basically summoned her self from legend, the version of her before she was killed and resurrected in little a girl body. That’s what I got from the whole exchange
Mr black The reason he's called "Rider" because the world is his mount and basically Omnipresent as the plague is everywhere
Archer and Saber Hercules are the strongest versions of Hercules since it represenrs him dominating over divine and demonic beasts through pure might and technique.
The problem is his masters are sociopathic monsters. He'd be a mana hog either way but the Einzberns who easily go through homunculous children like cattle would piss him off and murder everyone who isnt Illya and her maids.
Berserker and the mafia guys choice, corrupted to Avenger, are too broken by rage to upkeep their morals. He even says himself him keeping the fursash on his face is a representation of he'll ignore humanity's sins.
