[Music] Hey everyone, it’s Tori and welcome back to my channel or welcome if you’re new. For today’s video, it is possibly the most exciting one of the entire year and that is my 2026 bullet journal setup. This fuzzy journal is from Shop Arirl Co. which is Amanda Ra Lee’s shop, and it is the cutest, most nostalgic dot grid journal I have ever seen. I cannot wait to get into this, but first, let’s take a look at all the supplies I’ll be using in my 2026 yearly spreads. I’ll be using some Tombow brush pens for highlighting, writing, and stamping some headers. I use these all the time. They’re a bullet journal staple for me. I’ll also be using my Sakura Pigma Micron Feliners for outlining and numbering. These are my alphabet stamps that you’re going to see a lot throughout this video. I’m using them for all my headers. Then my ruler, stickers, and Neapolitan notepads are all from Archer and Olive. This is definitely one of my favorite stationery shops. I would highly recommend their products. And by the way, I am an affiliate with them. So, if you ever see anything you like on archer andolive.com, you can always use my discount code cmcg10 for 10% off your order. Now, without further ado, let’s start setting up my 2026 bullet journal with my name page. The name page is always the most intimidating part of setting up a new journal. And this year, I’m keeping it extra simple with just stamping out my name and adding in a couple stickers from the Archer and Olive sticker sheet that I got a couple years ago. I love the florals and stationery vibes of these, and I think they’re perfect for my beginning of year spreads. Next, I’m going to paste this first couple pages together, which might sound a little strange, but it’s stuck too close to the spine and won’t open correctly. So, that renders this page useless to me, and I like to just get rid of it and use the first two dot grid spreads as my 2026 cover page. As you can see, I already made a cover and quote page. And after moving on to a couple more spreads, I realized that this black and white doodly vibe just didn’t match with the rest of the pages I made. So, I decided to redo it. I took a couple pages from my Neapolitan notepad, two B5 white dot grid pages to cover up the two-page spread, and one A5 piece of craft paper for decoration. I measured out the white paper to match the size of the pages I needed to cover up. And I also rounded the corners accordingly. Then, I started ripping up the craft paper to start giving this spread some visual interest. [Music] On the left side, I have a quote page. And at the beginning of every year, I like to have one of the pages in my journal be a quote page with my word of the year incorporated into it. My word of 2026 is breathe. So, my quote says, “Slow down. Breathe. Be here.” Now, I spent all of 2025 very overwhelmed in many aspects of my life, to be honest. So, when it was time to reflect on what I wanted the new year to look like, I realized my top priority was just to stop and catch my breath. I’m getting married in 2026, which is very exciting, but also stressful with all the wedding planning and prep work. So, the reminder to breathe and be present is really needed for the year coming. Over on the right is going to be my actual 2026 cover page. And I wanted to make it look scrapbooky with some torn up and cut up paper for some layering, a stamped out header and washi tape, and also lots of stickers. This page is going to say, “Hello, 2026,” which is what I’ve been writing on my cover pages for the past four years at this point. I like the simplicity of it. It’s hard enough starting a brand new journal and trying to come up with creative ways to make your first spread. So, just simply greeting the new year always makes it easy. [Music] Now, it’s time to paste those two new pages on top of the previous cover page I made. And I’m doing that using my Tombbo tape runner, which will be linked down below, along with everything else I’ll be using in this video. It lined up really well, and I’m pretty happy with how the 2026 quote page and cover pages turned out. And now it’s time to flip over to my first functional spread of this setup. And that is my future log. I’m starting out with my 0005 Secura Pigma Micron Fine Liner, which is the thinnest pen I’ve got in my collection. And that’s important because we’re going to be writing many, many very tiny numbers across this spread. A future log is a place to plan events and holidays and appointments and all the important things that are going on this year in one place. Since bullet journals aren’t set up for the entire year, they’re typically set up monthto month. It’s good to have important dates in one place that you can reference as you start to fill out new monthly spreads. I’m using my Tombbo dual brush pen in 942 to highlight the weekends of each month. It’s just visually easier for me to keep track of important dates rather than leaving the entire row of days blank. After finishing up those weekend highlights, it’s time to move over to my 2026 goals layout. [Music] [Music] This is where I’m going to write all of my goals for 2026. I have boxes with a few different goal categories that I want to focus on this year. And those are finance, travel, read, crochet, journal, and work. I also have a longer box at the bottom for me to write my word of the year, which you already know is breathe. By the way, I’ll be filling out all of these spreads in my new year reset video, which will be on my channel in January. I’m also going to be making my 2026 vision board in that video, which is always one of my favorite spreads to set up. So, make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss out on any of my upcoming bullet journal content. With my goals page complete, we’re moving over to the right, which is where I’m putting my two watch spread. [Music] This page is going to have two sections in it. One for movies I want to watch and one for TV shows I want to watch. This is not to be confused with the movies and shows I actually watch this year. They would never fit on this page. Basically, I just add to this page when I know one of my favorite shows is coming out with a new season. If I see an ad for a movie that’s coming out this year, or if someone recommends a movie or show to me, that’s all going to go right here on this page. Then I just check them off as I watch it. After adding in a couple stickers, that is my two watch page complete. And it’s time to hop into something I call my adulting spreads. [Music] I numbered all of these calendars off camera to save my hand from cramping up even further after those future log calendars. And I’m just adding highlights and monthly headers to the top of each one. This is basically just a 2026 year at a glance. And I actually use it to track my bills and subscription services. I’ll definitely go more into depth on this in my new year reset, but basically I just mark each bill that’s due in a different color on each calendar. And I keep that color code in the bottom left box on the right side of the spread. The larger box at the top of the page is for me to write when my last appointment was for the doctor, dentist, hair, eyebrows, nails, all that kind of stuff. So I know when I need to book my new appointments. I usually at least write the types of appointments in that box. I don’t know why I didn’t. That’s a future me problem now though. And then the box in the far right corner is for anything that has to do with my car, oil changes, tire changes, all that fun stuff. With my adulting spread complete, let’s get back into the more fun spreads. And up next is my theme doodles page. I got halfway through this page and I realized I wasn’t recording, which is always a good time. But this is just a simple spread with six boxes for me to incorporate my themes I end up doing for January through June. There’s only six on this page because I only plan to spend six months in this journal. But in my second bullet journal for 2026, I will have a spread with 12 spaces for all 12 of the themes I do throughout the year. And speaking of my bullet journal themes, over on the right are my planning pages where I’ll start to plan out each of those themes. I have space to log my color palette, the theme I’m going for, header style, and any washi tape I plan to use for each month. This idea was originally inspired by Jess from Jashy Curran, who is one of my favorite bullet journal creators of all time. She always has amazing ideas for how to keep your journal just as pretty as it is functional. I’d highly recommend you check out her channel. I’m only doing my January and February planning pages on camera, but I do also have March through June in this journal, and again, I’ll be moving over to a new journal for July. So, that’s where the rest of those pages will be. But in the meantime, that is the end of my 2026 bullet journal setup, and it’s time to get into the final flip through. [Music] If you made it to the end of this video, please leave a star or sparkle emoji in the comments, just like the little doodle that is on the front of my journal. I truly appreciate you all watching me set up all of my yearly spreads for 2026. [Music] I hope you all enjoyed this video. If you did, please give it a thumbs up and don’t forget to subscribe while you’re here. Also, don’t forget to check out my bullet journal social medias. Thank you so much for watching and I will see you in the next one. Bye.
