What’s the name of that anime where killing is legal in the city and people sleep holding their weapons? One day, a girl arrives there. She’s shot. Everyone on the street carries a gun or a knife and rifles hang by the doors. But in the middle of all this chaos, there’s one guy who stays calm, like none of this matters to him. She’s amazed. How is he walking around with no gun? No fear. The trouble starts when a bandit blocks her way and demands her motorcycle. He pulls out a gun and points it at her face. The girl looks at the people around, terrified, but they just step back, acting like they see nothing. She hides behind her bike, her hands shaking. It feels like there’s no way out. And then it hits her. This is the end. No one will help. Right as he’s about to pull the trigger, an arrow shoots through his hand. The crowd comes back, but now they’re holding weapons. The bandit yells, “You said it’s legal to kill here.” The Kong guy replies, “Legal doesn’t mean right. This city stays peaceful because we remove people like you right away.” The girl gets on her bike and rides away. Behind her, gunshots and screaming. She looks back.
