First ever attempt at drawing, using GRS, as a reference, how would you rate it and do you have any advice

I really look up to GRS, and wanted to become an artist like her, and I want to draw cute manga and anime, so I used her as a reference to try and draw my first art piece and wanted to know how people think and any pointers I could use to learn better
